About me
I’m Cody Zuschlag, Community Manager for the Xen Project, an international speaker, and a university instructor based in Annecy, France. My experience spans software engineering, developer relations, developer advocacy, and teaching, combining technical understanding with a passion for helping people learn, contribute, and collaborate.
Open source is at the heart of my work. I bring developers, maintainers, and industry partners together, organize events like Xen Summit, and turn complex technical work into accessible talks and content. At Xen, I help build the community and collaborations advancing open-source virtualization across cloud infrastructure, embedded systems, automotive, and functional safety.
